Great hotel and excellent service
Great location and excellent staff. So helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and plenty of restaurant nearby to enjoy. Definitely worth visiting
The only issue we had was with the main lobby restaurant the service was so slow. We ordered some breakfast and it took them over 20 mins to get some toasts. By the time the bread came the entire breakfast was cold.

Great stay, large spacious rooms, can explain some features upon check-in
We stayed at this hotel for part of our Doha trip in Nov-24. Not too far away from activities in Doha. There is a bus around the Pearl but other places you will need a cab/drive. The hotel is located on a slight hill and they offer a club car buggy. The room is massive, and you cannot fault the space, size and luxury. It has: Balcony, bathroom with large shower and 2 basins, another toilet with Basin, full loaded kitchen large living diner space and then the bedroom with a large TV. Everything you need is in the room and they are very generous with water, providing many bottles. The bed was comfortable and the whole room was very clean. The staff are great, very polite and cannot fault their service, even when I had an issue with the shower they came up to resolve within minutes, which is quite rare in hotels. There is a large pool and lots of space to relax and the staff by the pool are really polite. The breakfast has lots of variety and cannot be faulted and tasted very nice. If you eat inside for breakfast it is quite chilly as the AC is on quite high. Each time you enter and leave the hotel your bags are checked as they have their own rules, which was perfectly fine and something I respect, as they explained this very politely. One of the nights, we were woken up in the middle of the night around 4am with loud noises, however after calling, the staff investigated it and called back and the noise stopped. Although it woke us from our sleep, I did appreciate the quick resolution. We stayed on one side of the building and to get to the pool/breakfast area you had to walk through the hotel and then use the lifts on the opposite side, which does take a bit of time and getting used to as you can get lost due to the size. Overall, great stay, huge amount of space and I would come back again, great value for money. I would recommend this hotel to all and would come back here again. One of the best stays and experiences from all my travels around the world.
• I would recommend the staff inform the guests of this feature upon check-in: Club car buggy rather than walking up and downhill to and from the hotel • I would recommend the staff inform the guests of this feature upon check-in: Club car buggy around the pearl at certain times (towards one side only) • To have your room cleaned, it’s better to call the butler service and inform them you’re ready, as one day we went, having the Maid sign on but came back a few hours later without it being cleaned and then the cleaning team informed me to call and they’ll come have it cleaned right away as the only way they’ll see the sign on the room is if they are walking around and with such a large hotel it could take a long time. Again this is something I would recommend the hotel staff inform guests upon check-in. • One of the nights, we were woken up in the middle of the night around 4am with loud noises but after calling it was resolved quickly. • I would recommend the staff maybe do a quick walkthrough of the key areas (Pool, Breakfast) with guests upon check-in. • I would recommend the staff explain a few things to guests upon check-in (tour of key areas, the club car buggy, room cleaning service)

Adorable short stay
I have been upgraded to an impecable suite with a view and a gigantic terrace. Early check in request has been immediately granted. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. I'd return anytime.
